As the leader of the engineering team, the Chief Engineer the Chief Engineer also manages budgets, coordinates maintenance schedules, supervises staff, and ensures optimal service to tenants and stakeholders.

The Building Engineer is responsible for maintaining the physical condition and building systems for the assigned properties. This position takes daily assignments from the property management staff and supervisor.  The ideal candidate will take ownership of all assigned work orders and other tasks, completing them on time and in accordance with company policies.
