Assist the Property Manager and other members of the property management team in the direction and management of the day-to-day operations, physical condition, financial performance and administration of the property portfolio in accordance with established owner requirements, company objectives, and applicable law and as outlined in the Property Management Agreement.

The Building Engineer is responsible for operating, maintaining, and repairing mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems in the office building and on the grounds.  This person also inspects, tests, adjusts, and balances heating, cooling, and ventilating systems in the building. This position takes daily assignments from the property management staff and supervisor. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in building systems, take ownership of all assigned tasks, and prioritize the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of all tenants.
