The Property Manager will be responsible for management of the day-to-day operations, physical condition, financial performance and administration of the property portfolio in accordance with established owner requirements, company objectives, and applicable law and as outlined in the Property Management Agreement.

The People Services Manager for Lowe will lead and direct the functions of the People Services (HR) department including recruitment, compensation administration, benefits, and leave administration, as well as provide guidance for all other human resources related practices across the team member lifecycle.
