This is a new position resulting from Lowe’s growing mixed use and Retail ReVision investment activities. The Asset & Leasing Manager will be responsible for maximizing the performance and value of a portfolio of mixed use and retail properties. This role requires close coordination with property management teams, leasing agents, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business plans, financial goals, and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical capabilities, market insight, and a proactive approach to asset optimization.
The Asset & Leasing Manager will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the value of commercial assets under management; exercising strong leadership in the management of leasing teams, contractors, and third-party management company; closely monitoring asset performance against initial underwriting assumptions and projected returns; proactively identifying risks and issues; and communicating potential solutions to the clients and Lowe team. This person will also work with regional market leaders and clients to implement, monitor and adjust the overall investment strategy for each asset; create and oversee capital improvements strategy and budget; act as the primary client interface with regional market leaders; as well as review client distribution process monthly/quarterly/annually.
Compensation: $150,000 - 200,000 annually, plus eligibility for annual bonus.
